RFP DESCRIPTION
Boiler Replacement
Fair Haven Community Health Clinic, Inc. (FHCHC), a federally qualified health center, is seeking proposals to finalize an upgrade to the HVAC systems at our 374 Grand Avenue, New Haven, CT site. The last upgrade needed is replacement of an oil boiler with a high efficiency gas boiler, and replacement of three (3) hot water pumps. Proposals from women and minority owned businesses are encouraged.
