This referral based program offers fresh fruit, vegetables, and other nutritious items for FHCHC patients. Talk to a care team member for more information.
There is no cost for the food you choose.

Food Farmacy
Like your local grocery store, FHCHC Food Farmacy offers fresh fruit and vegetables and other healthy items for patients referred to the program by a FHCHC Provider. Our staff will guide you through your shopping experience.

Terrace Garden:
Open during the growing season for patients to enjoy.
