Food as Medicine at Fair Haven Community Health Care
Program goal: increase access to healthy food for people struggling with food insecurity and improve health.
Patients who are referred to the program by their Fair Haven Provider are invited to shop at the FHCHC Food Farmacy weekly. There is no cost for the food you choose.

Food Farmacy
Like your local grocery store, FHCHC Food Farmacy offers fresh fruit and vegetables and other healthy items for patients referred to the program by a FHCHC Provider. Our staff will guide you through your shopping experience.
Workshops:
We offer a series of workshops on nutrition and culinary education.
Terrace Garden:
Open during the growing season for patients to enjoy.
