Thursday 4pm to 7pm

Friday 8:30am to 12pm

Increasing access to healthy food for people struggling with food insecurity and improve health. 


This referral based program offers fresh fruit, vegetables, and other nutritious items  for FHCHC patients.  Talk to a care team member for more information.


There is no cost for the food you choose.

Food Farmacy

Like your local grocery store, FHCHC Food Farmacy offers fresh fruit and vegetables and other healthy items for patients referred to the program by a FHCHC Provider. Our staff will guide you through your shopping experience. 


Workshops:

We offer a series of workshops on nutrition and culinary education. 


Terrace Garden:

Open during the growing season for patients to enjoy.
