Rose Pudlin

Ms. Pudlin serves as the Chief Corporate Compliance Officer and is responsible for overseeing corporate compliance, regulatory adherence, and risk management at the health center.


Ms. Pudlin holds a Master of Arts in Medical Anthropology from Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Roger Williams University. She has worked at Fair Haven Community Health Care since 2009 and currently serves as the Chief Corporate Compliance Officer. In this role, she oversees compliance with federal and state regulations, HIPAA, accreditation standards, and quality and risk management initiatives.


Ms. Pudlin has held several leadership roles at Fair Haven Community Health Care, including Director of Quality Assurance & Improvement and Director of Practice Initiatives. Her work has focused on advancing quality improvement efforts, organizational readiness for federal and state program reviews, and strengthening systems that support high-quality care for underserved communities.
