Debra Tirado is a strategic, dynamic, and results-oriented Chief Financial Officer with 30 years of experience in the nonprofit healthcare industry. A compassionate and thoughtful leader, Debra combines strong financial acumen with an analytical mindset and a passion for organizational transformation.

Throughout her career, she has helped organizations navigate financial turnarounds, strengthen operations, and achieve sustainable growth. Known as a change agent, Debra brings a collaborative and forward-thinking approach to complex challenges, aligning financial strategy with organizational mission and long-term goals.

Debra holds a master’s degree in Quantitative Methods and Statistical Analysis and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Fair Haven Community Health Center. Outside of her professional life, Debra is a musician and former rugby player.
