Our New Haven, CT adolescent ITP is multicultural and child-centered. It is designed to serve children ages 12 to 18. Adolescents in our program will participate in the following services:
Group Therapy: Our program includes group therapy sessions 1-2 times a week after school, providing a safe space for teens to share, connect, and grow.
Personalized Care & Family Partnership: Our program also includes weekly individual and weekly family therapy sessions, ensuring your teen thrives at home, in school, and within the community.
Comprehensive Assessment: Each teen receives a thorough evaluation at the start of the program to create a care plan tailored to their unique needs.
Goal-Setting: We help your teen set meaningful goals, such as improving school performance, strengthening peer relationships, and developing positive coping skills.
For needs beyond our scope, we’ll ensure your family is referred to the appropriate specialists in the Greater New Haven area.
