The staff comprises over 130 individuals, complementing each other and fulfilling a complete range of professions and disciplines from medicine, pediatrics, nursing, interpreting, medical records, billing, reception, social work, nutrition, and administration.

The clinical staff includes 10 primary care physicians, 12 nurse practitioners, 5 certified nurse midwives, 3 consultant specialists and 4 master's level behavioral health staff.

Physicians on staff are all board certified (or board eligible) and the majority hold clinical teaching faculty appointments to the Yale School of Medicine. The nurse practitioners and midwives hold faculty appointments to the Yale School of Nursing.
