Fair Haven Community Health Care is a community health care center in the Greater New Haven area and is the medical home to nearly 18,000 patients annually. We are committed to providing health care to all, because we believe heath care is a right, not a privilege. Many of our patients struggle with poverty, language barriers, food insecurity, unemployment and transportation. For them, Fair Haven Community Health Care is a haven, a dependable resource for their health and wellness needs. We are proud to provide access to medical, dental, behavioral health care, and specialty services. Our Care Coordinators complete our holistic circle of care, providing counseling and resources to help our patients combat other barriers to health, such as food, literacy, homelessness, and lack of insurance.
The need is great, especially in these challenging health care times, but because of the generosity of our supporters, Fair Haven is able to keep its doors open to all who need high quality health care. There are several ways you can support our mission:
Make a Contribution. You can ensure that high quality health care is accessible to all by making a financial contribution to support our work. Your gift to Fair Haven Community Health Care will allow those most vulnerable to continue to receive caring, culturally sensitive, professional medical services, right in their community.
Here’s are some of the comments our donors shared with us in their recent gifts to Fair Haven Community Health Care:
