Directions to FHCHC

The Center is located at 374 Grand Avenue in the Fair Haven section of New Haven.

The Entrance to the Center is in the middle of the 3 buildings.

 

• Parking on-street and in a lot in the rear of the building
• Handicapped accessible with reserved parking, ramped access and elevators inside
• By Bus, take the "B" Bus

 

From Downtown New Haven

• Elm Street turns into Grand Avenue at the Intersection of Elm & State
• Continue straight out Grand Avenue (approximately 1 mile)
• Center is on the right -- 374 Grand-right after the stop light on James Street

 

From the South, I-95 ( Bridgeport , Stamford , etc)

• Take Exit 48, Route I-91 (North to Hartford )
• Take Exit 5 - State St./Ferry St .
• Turn Right onto James St. , Go 2 stop lights
• Turn Left on Grand Avenue
• ½ block on the right is the Center - 374 Grand Avenue

 

From the North, 1-91 ( Hartford )

• Take Exit 6 - Blatchley Ave./Willow St
• Turn Left at the end of the ramp, Go 1 block
• Turn Right on State Street , Go to next stop light
• Turn Left on James St. , Go 2 stop lights
• Turn Left on Grand Avenue
• ½ block on the right is the Center - 374 Grand Avenue
